Fares and zones
Fares are based on the number of zones you travel through, how you pay for your journey and any concessions that may apply.
You can pay for your journey with Bee Card or cash.

If your teenager is paying cash, and they’re unable to prove they’re under 18 they may be charged a full adult fare. For this reason, we highly recommend your teenager has a Bee Card with their age loaded as a concession.
Late Late Bus
$5.25 cash and card. Infants under 5 and SuperGold Card holders travel free. $5.25 card tag-on fare (if you forget to tag off).
Tagging on and off lets us know where and when you got on and off the bus, allowing our system to automatically calculate the correct fare, including any concessions you have added to the card.
