Wensley Road Diversion

From Monday 8 April, we're doing pavement repairs on Wensley Road so the road will be operated under a one-way system Monday to Friday between 7am and 5.30pm.

Wensley Road will be closed for northbound traffic from the Bateup Road roundabout with detours along Gladstone Road.

Wensley Road will be open for southbound traffic travelling from Oxford Street to Bateup Road along Wensley Road.

During this time, the eBuses will not travel along Bateup and Wensley Road, but will instead detour via Gladstone Road and Queen Street. This affects the Route 2 and Route 6 eBuses. To replace these closed bus stops, the eBus will use the three existing bus stops on Gladstone Road. On weekends and public holidays, the eBus will use its normal route.

We expect this job will take up to four weeks to complete, so please consider there may be additional travel time on your journey. Thank you for your patience while we complete work to improve this busy stretch of road.
